7-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@floathleisure.in with your order ID and reason for return. We'll arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details you provide.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Mention this in your return request and we'll ship the replacement free of charge once we receive the original.
Non-Returnable
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return. Gift cards are final sale.
